Not sure what others are talking about here, but this by far One of the best Subways I have been too! Customer service is outstanding! They know how to value their customers and work to better serve them. The employees are very friendly, attentive and well trained. Food is fresh and my sandwiches tasted delicious. I had a big order of 7 subs in busy hours but the employees were so calm and made sure each of my sandwich was prepared perfectly. Plus Employees made sure to use different gloves for veggie subs as well. Extremely satisfied with their service.
Worst customer service. Was there today for foot long sub. An employee(an elderly Indian) there placed the bread on the preparing table without the white paper. That is an honest mistake, not a big deal. I requested him politely to change the bread. It seems he was taken aback by that request, he changed the bread. Following that he sarcastically asked me, if he should change the knife as well, with a smirk. I am not sure if he is a racist or has an attitude problem or just having a bad day. I am an Indian myself and have never ever met with such a horrible customer experience in USA, I request the owners, to teach their employee basic customer etiquette.
Needs improvement in preparation of protein bowl. Only half the bowl was full for that $11 I paid. Wouldn’t hurt to add more lettuce at least. Not enough cheese as well. Way too much sauces. First time I got an inadequate bowl.
Good staff best service from now my favorite subway I’m coming back it was closing time but younger guy made delicious sandwich
The worst employee of the year! Kept arguing and didn’t respect the religious and vegan values! We were very disappointed and left the place! Don’t go here!
